How to register dental clinic in Nepal

1.First you should find the good place for rent. Do an agreement/contract paper with the landlord for minimum mentioning the monthly rent and and tax.
2.  Collect all photocopied documents of a doctors, dental hygienist and staffs.  Make an Appointment paper (niyukti patra) of all those staffs. certificates of all those staffs and citizenship should be collected along with the CVs. Don’t forget nagariktako photocopy of all the staffs, house owner, agreement paper with the house owner, kar tireko bill or batti ko bill.
3. Go company registration or go to Gharelu Udhyog for the registration process. you need to fill the form which is available there with all the details and register the submission.you should mention the total investment and  also list of equipment.  Produce all those documents and pay money (charge) to register a business with name. Eg. Community Dental Clinic. Company registration office or Gharelu Udyog will give you a letter initially. That is not the company regisration.
4. Gharelu Udyog or company registration will write a letter to Jana swasthya. You need to take that letter to Jana Swasthya Karyalaya and register the letter.Go to Janaswasthya, submit all documents and ask them to make a letter to “Gharelu”.
5. Janaswasthya again will give to the letter which you need to take back to Gharelu or company registration office.
6. Go to Gharelu, produce all documents along with the letter made by Janaswathya.  According to the investment you have to pay the business establishment charge. Company or Gharelu Udyog registration office will give you a certificate and give you 3 letters. One to Rajaswo, one to Janaswasthya and last one to yourself.
7 Go to Rajaswo and register your company and also register all the staff in PAN for tax purposes. You will get a certificate. for the company and PAN card of all the staffs.
8. Go to Ward Karyalaya and pay all the tax of rent of 1 year and get the certificate.
9.. Get a Fohor Maila ko Samjhauta ko document which will ensure that you are going to dispose the waste material in proper way.
10. Now go to Janaswasthya Karyalaya and submit all the files. Also list of equipment in clinic and appointment letters of your staffs.
11. Staffs from Janaswasthya karyalaya will visit your clinic. Once they finish their visit and approve your clinic, pay money the registration charge in Janaswasthya karyalaya.
